Lucila Lang is our Finance Director. She joined the Town staff in 2019 after an extensive banking career of more than 20 years, including 23 with Bank of America. Born in Colombia, she's been a South Florida resident since 1973, and a resident of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea since 1991.
Lucila graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Nova Southeastern University. She is married and has two children who also attended Cardinal Gibbons and graduated from Florida State University and the University of Central Florida with accounting degrees. She enjoys traveling, entertaining and spending time with her family. Lucila serves as the head of her church's Pastoral Council.
Lucila has held various positions throughout her banking career: Banking Center Manager, Operations Manager, South Florida Regional ATM Deposit Services Manager, South Florida Regional Legal Order Processing Manager, Process Design Consultant and Project Manager. She has managed banking teams of more than 100 employees.
