Get the latest town updates on your mobile phone! To download the app: 

1. Open the app store on your mobile device
2. Search for “My Civic Services” and install the app
3. Open the app, search for “My LBTS,” and click select
4. The Town’s information will now be available on your phone

The app includes a “Report an Issue” feature . To report an issue about property damage, street maintenance, landscaping, beach maintenance, and more, please create an account and submit a ticket . As they become available, Town staff will provide status updates on your request directly in the app 

Social Media Policy

This Social and Digital Media Policy establishes guidelines for the Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea-maintained social media sites, pages, and posts on social media networks, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Nextdoor. The primary goal of the Town’s use of digital and social media platforms is to increase public awareness of the Town’s programs, policies, and services.
