The Office of Marty Kiar, Broward County Property Appraiser (BCPA) is coming to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea Town Hall (4505 N. Ocean Drive). BCPA staff will assist residents in person with property tax exemption filing and assessment information. Call the BCPA office at (954) 357-6830 to make an appointment at at their next visit to Town Hall.
