The
Town Manager is the Town’s top administrator. The
manager provides the Town Commission with the
professional leadership and advice needed to operate the
Town and carry out Commission policies. The manager is
responsible for executing the administrative duties and
tasks assigned by the Commission, including implementing
the Town's annual $20 million budget.
The
Town Manager appoints and manages a staff of employees
responsible for Lauderdale-By-The-Sea's day-to-day
operations. The manager also supervises all Town
departments and programs to ensure projects and plans
are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
This includes long-range planning, effective corporate
strategies, management effectiveness and key capital
improvement projects necessary for the Town’s continued
success, development and growth.
